Diagnosis
We look at the surface, how long the problem has been there, and whether we’re dealing with a stain, an odour source, or both. Then we say what’s realistic before we go further.
Not every stain or scratch can be removed completely. We’ll be straight about that.

Process
Assess the issue. Treat what’s safe for the surface. Recheck. Be clear about anything that remains.
We’re mobile. We come to you. For most interior work we need safe access, a power point and a garden tap.
Limitations
Old dye transfer, bleach marks, burned-in damage, long-term smoke in headlining, and some deeply set contamination can improve without fully disappearing.
