Diagnosis
We separate film and dirt you can clean off from marks in the glass surface itself. Wiper damage, deep chips and cracks are a different conversation to polishable haze and mineral etching.

Process
Assess the glass. Treat contamination. Polish where appropriate. Check clarity in real light. Discuss protection if you want easier ongoing care in Auckland rain and motorway grime.
Limitations
Not every mark in glass can be polished out. Chips, cracks and deep wiper trenches may only improve slightly or need glass replacement. We’ll be straight about that.
