“I had a flat white spill all through the passenger-side carpet of my ute and, as you can imagine, after a short time the smell from the milk was awful. I found Jack online and gave him a call on Friday. He came out to my house the very next morning, on a Saturday, and treated the carpet with an enzyme treatment. By Monday, the smell was completely gone. Jack then arranged to come to my work and spent around four hours thoroughly cleaning and detailing the entire interior. The car came up incredibly well. What really stood out was Jack’s attention to detail, communication and how quickly he responded. Nothing was a hassle, he kept me informed throughout, and his pricing was very fair and competitive for the level of service he provided. It’s rare to come across someone who takes this much pride in their work and genuinely wants to get the best result for the customer. Big presence. Plenty of little details. This Bentayga’s intricate grilles, generous leather surfaces and brake dust called for patient attention. An initial Prestige Detail laid the groundwork; regular Club care now helps keep it looking the part.
A new owner, a drive home from Christchurch and a little attention for the cabin. Despite just 14,000 km on the clock, the Alcantara had picked up a build-up of grime. Specialist cleaning products and a gentle approach were the order of the day. Now it’s on our Monthly Club plan.

Swirls, water spots and everyday wear can hide the character of your paintwork. Our exterior-only polishing and correction treatments range from a gloss refresh to more intensive work on paint defects, bringing the focus back to depth, colour and clarity.
Get a paint assessment
The right result starts with a careful assessment. Jack checks the paint and explains what can safely improve, where marks may remain, and whether specialist work such as wet sanding, water-spot removal or orange-peel reduction is appropriate.

Ceramic & protection
Good looks deserve a little staying power. We assess and prepare the surface before applying ceramic protection, helping grime find less to cling to and making regular washing easier.
$899 for new cars under 5,000 km, $999 otherwise. Ceramic coating needs an enclosed garage. We can use yours or arrange an agreed drop-off location.
Car Care Club
That freshly detailed feeling suits you. Regular visits help keep the finish looking loved and the interior a pleasure to return to, while you get on with enjoying the car.
We usually begin with an initial major detail. If your car is already well kept, you may be ready to join straight away.

Not automatically. Pricing is based on the work and time the car needs, not its badge or size. If a big car needs much more work, we talk it through with you first.
Signature is for a well-kept car due a thorough clean. Prestige is for exceptional vehicles where delicate materials, intricate areas and the expected standard need a different level of care.
No detailer should promise that. Many stains and defects can be improved or removed, depending on the material and how deep the damage goes. You’ll hear what’s realistic first.
Yes. Coated vehicles still need the right wash chemistry and care so the coating isn’t treated like a normal soap-and-go.
