Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using the Bubbles website and booking our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Who we are / services

Bubbles Car Care Limited provides mobile and on-site car detailing and related vehicle care in Auckland, New Zealand. Services are subject to availability and suitable conditions (including weather for mobile work).

3. Bookings

• Submitting a booking online creates a booking request. We will confirm by text or email once we have checked the details.
• You must provide accurate contact details and, for mobile bookings, a valid service address we can reach.
• Mobile services typically need access to water and power where the job requires them.
• You may book as a guest, or sign in with Google or email where those options are offered. Account creation is not required to request a booking.

4. Pricing and payment

• Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.
• Saturday bookings include a 10% surcharge, capped at $50, applied once to the booking total.
• Where online payment is offered, payments are processed by Stripe. Pay Now / Pay Later options follow what is shown at booking when those are available.
• Promotional codes and discounts apply only as shown at booking and under their stated terms.

5. The Club

Bubbles Club plans are recurring service rhythms offered on the Club page. Plan prices and inclusions are as published there at the time you join. Any pause, change, or cancellation follows the options shown in your account or as arranged with us. We do not invent extra Club policy on this page beyond what is published for Club.

6. Cancellations and rescheduling

• Please give at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• We may need to reschedule or cancel because of weather or other circumstances outside our control. If that happens we will contact you and offer another time.
• Where a refund of a prepaid amount is due, it will be returned to the original payment method where practicable.

7. Gift cards

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Gift cards are valid for 12 months from purchase unless otherwise stated.
• Gift cards can be redeemed against available Bubbles services as offered at redemption.

8. Liability

• We take care with your vehicle. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or items left in the vehicle.
• Please remove valuables before your appointment.
• Raise any concern about damage within 24 hours of the service so we can look into it.

9. Referral programme

Referral rewards apply when a referred friend completes their first qualifying booking, on the terms published on the Referrals page. We may change or end the programme; existing earned rewards already issued will be honoured as stated when issued.

10. Intellectual property

Website content, including logos, images, and text, belongs to Bubbles Car Care Limited (or its licensors) and may not be copied without written permission.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after an update means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes are subject to the New Zealand courts.
